Today in our Recipes by Wilmax — Easter yeast cake with cottage cheese and white chocolate glaze.
It turns out incredibly delicate, moist on the inside, with a silky chocolate “cap” you simply can’t resist 😍
Brief characteristics of the recipe

Ingredients
🥛 150 g mleka
🌾 7 g suchych drożdży
🥣 400 g mąki
🍬 150 g cukru
🥚 3 jajka
🧀 300 g twarogu
🧈 110 g masła
🌼 1,5 g waniliny
🍇 100 g rodzynek
🧁 2 cake molds – 9 cm in diameter
🧁 4 cake molds – 7 cm in diameter
For the glaze:
🍫 150 g white chocolate
🧈 50 g butter
🥛 1–2 tbsp milk or cream
Preparation:
1️⃣ In warm milk, dissolve 1 tbsp of sugar, add the yeast and 70 g of the total flour. Mix and set aside for about 30 minutes until the starter rises.
2️⃣ Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar using a mixer. Add the strained cottage cheese and melted butter.
3️⃣ Add the starter, gently mix, then sift in the remaining flour and vanilla. Mix the dough thoroughly with a spoon.
4️⃣ Rinse and dry the raisins, fold them into the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and leave in a warm place for 2 hours.
5️⃣ Fill the molds halfway with the dough, cover with a towel and leave for another 30 minutes.
6️⃣ Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C (338°F) for about 50 minutes (depending on your oven) until golden. Let cool and remove the paper molds.
7️⃣ For the glaze, melt the white chocolate, add butter and a little milk or cream. Mix and let it cool slightly until it thickens.
8️⃣ Dip the tops of the cakes into the glaze and decorate as desired ✨
