Ingredients

  • 2 eggs

  • 160 g sugar

  • 1 g vanillin

  • 240 g natural yogurt

  • 300 g cottage cheese

  • 200 g flour

  • 10 g baking powder

  • 30 g vegetable oil

  • icing sugar

Preparation:

  • Beat eggs with sugar and vanillin, add yogurt and mix thoroughly.

  • Add cottage cheese and blend with a hand blender to a smooth paste.

  • Add flour and baking powder, mix, then pour in the oil and combine the ingredients thoroughly again.

  • Place paper cups in metal muffin tins.

  • Put the batter into the papillons, filling them a little more than halfway.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C for about 30-35 minutes. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
