Orient Pro

Orient Pro is a Wilmax line of white porcelain plates with a wide rim. The broad edge frames the food and leaves room for your thumb, so even a simple dish looks deliberately plated, the way it would in a restaurant. The line runs from a 15 cm bread plate to a 30.5 cm dinner plate.

Sizes in the line

• 15 cm – bread plate; the deep rim stops rolls sliding off.
• 18 and 20 cm – dessert and breakfast plates, for cake, fruit or bread with soup.
• 25.5 cm – the standard dinner plate for home.
• 28 cm – a larger main course, plated with its sides.
• 30.5 cm – takes a whole pizza, a large main course or a spread of starters.

Because the rim is wide, the eating area is smaller than the diameter suggests – keep that in mind when you compare with rimless plates.
