Regulations for returning products

Under the terms and conditions set forth below, WILMAX Europe sp. z o.o. allows customers who are consumers to return a new product purchased from the Online Store without stating a reason (hereinafter “Product”).

  1. The customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days of receiving the goods.
  2. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, make a clear statement to the Seller:
    • by registered mail to:
      WILMAXEurope sp. z o.o., 50 KrasnowolskaStreet, 02-849 Warsaw,
    • or by e-mail to: office@wilmax.eu.
  3. After making the declaration, the Customer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of making the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The return is made at the expense and risk of the Customer.
  4. The returned Product should be complete, unused and packed in a way that protects it from damage in transit. Proof of purchase should be attached to the package.
  5. The Seller will refund the amount due no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product, using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another form of refund that does not entail additional costs for him.
  6. The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
  7. The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from the use of the Product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
  8. We ask that the returned Product be complete and packed so that it is protected in transit – this speeds up processing of the return. Neither the absence of the original packaging nor signs of the Product having been examined deprive the Customer of the right to withdraw from the contract.
  9. If the Customer has used the Product beyond what was necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, the Seller may reduce the refund in proportion to the diminished value of the Product (Article 34(4) of the Consumer Rights Act). The Seller determines the amount of the reduction on the basis of the cost of restoring the Product to a condition fit for resale – this covers cleaning or refreshing the Product and replacing the packaging where the packaging forms part of the Product offered and has been destroyed. Simply unpacking and examining the Product is not a basis for any reduction. The Seller informs the Customer of the amount and the grounds of the reduction before issuing the refund.
