Delivery and payment
We ship from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, to all EU countries. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days at most – usually within 24 hours of payment being received. Further delivery time depends on the carrier.
Delivery to EU countries
Free delivery from €200 (except Malta, Cyprus and the islands of Italy, Greece and Spain), and to selected countries from just €50. The cost depends on the destination country and the value of products in the cart (before discount codes) and is calculated automatically at checkout.

Delivery time: to major EU countries – usually up to 5 business days after dispatch.
Delivery in Poland
InPost parcel locker 24/7 or InPost courier, usually 1–2 business days after dispatch. Free delivery for orders from 299 zł (value of products after discount codes; equivalent in EUR at checkout); below that the cost is shown in the cart.
Unfortunately we do not ship to: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.
Payment
Card (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Przelewy24 and bank transfer. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal and Przelewy24; we never store your card details. Cash on delivery is not available.
We issue a VAT invoice on request – just email office@wilmax.eu with your order number and invoice details (incl. VAT ID).
Returns
You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason. Email office@wilmax.eu and send the product back within 14 days to Wilmax Europe Sp. z o.o., ul. Krasnowolska 50, 02-849 Warsaw, Poland. Return shipping is paid by the customer; refunds are made within 14 days. Details: Returns policy, Terms.
