The smallest of the Wilmax shell platters measures 13 × 11 cm: a starter portion for one, such as a few garlic prawns, an oyster with lemon, tuna tartare or a spoonful of caviar on a blini.

The shell is dishwasher, microwave and oven safe, so you can also bake a scallop with butter or a piece of fish under a cheese crust in it and bring it straight to the table.
