The small pieces a tea table is incomplete without: sugar bowls, milk jugs, cake stands and warmer bases. The category holds 35 items.

What you will find

• Sugar bowls – porcelain with a lid, 250–550 ml, plus glass ones 8.5×11 and 11×13 cm from the CrystalDeco line.
• Milk jugs – from small 50 ml jugs to a 300 ml creamer, matched to cups from the same line.
• Cake stands – 30 and 30.5 cm, white porcelain, also with a gold rim.
• Warmer bases – for teapots, holding the brew warm over a tealight.
• Bamboo plates – round 17.5 cm, square 17.5×17.5 cm and oval 30.5×15 cm: for a cup, a slice of cake or a small snack.

Materials

30 of the 35 items are porcelain, mostly the Fine Porcelain and Diamond lines, with single pieces from Ilona and Slatestone. Two sugar bowls are crystal glass (CrystalDeco) and match the rest of that line. Three plates are natural bamboo.

Washing

29 items are dishwasher safe. The exceptions are the gold-rimmed models, the crystal glass and the bamboo – wash those by hand in lukewarm water. Every product page states this.

What goes with what

The easiest way to choose a sugar bowl and milk jug is to match them to cups and saucers from the same collection, so the shade of white and the rim finish agree. For brewing you will also need a teapot or coffee pot.

Frequently asked questions

Which sugar bowl for sugar cubes?

A wider one, 400–550 ml – the spoon moves freely and the cubes do not jam under the lid.

Can a cake stand be used for a cheese board?

Yes. A 30 cm stand works for cheese, fruit and snacks just as well as for cake.

Does the warmer come with a candle?

No. The bases take standard tealights, which are not included.
