A white rectangular platter, 35 × 25 cm, from the Wilmax Diamond collection. It takes a whole roast duck, sliced pork loin with prunes, a baked trout or a board of cheese and cold meats for a larger group of guests.
The platter has no gilding, so it can go in the dishwasher and be warmed in the microwave, provided it fits inside. Diamond porcelain lets you lay the table from one set: a smaller 20 × 14 cm platter (WL-880101114/A) for sides, a 20 cm salad bowl holding 1850 ml (WL-880101370/A) for salad and 28 cm dinner plates (WL-880117/A). For a festive dinner the same size comes with a gold rim (WL-880102117/A), which is washed by hand. Plain white also works well in restaurants and for catering at receptions.
