Regulations for returning products
Under the terms and conditions set forth below, WILMAX Europe sp. z o.o. allows customers who are consumers to return a new product purchased from the Online Store without stating a reason (hereinafter “Product”).
- The customer has the right to return the Product within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must, within 14 days of receipt of the goods, make a clear statement to the Seller:

- After making the declaration, the Customer is obliged to return the Product to the Seller no later than 14 days from the date of making the declaration of withdrawal from the contract. The return is made at the expense and risk of the Customer.
- The returned Product should be complete, unused and packed in a way that protects it from damage in transit. Proof of purchase should be attached to the package.
- The Seller will refund the amount due no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned Product, using the same method of payment used by the Customer, unless the Customer expressly agrees to another form of refund that does not entail additional costs for him.
- The Customer shall bear the direct costs of returning the Product.
- The Customer shall be liable for any diminution in the value of the Product resulting from the use of the Product beyond what is necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Product.
- Only intact Products that:
a) have not been used,
b) have retained their full functional and aesthetic properties,
c) are in their original packaging (if included),
d) are complete and undamaged are eligible for return. - Products bearing traces of use, damaged, incomplete or devoid of original kit components are not returnable, and the Seller has the right to refuse to accept the return or reduce the amount of the return in accordance with the degree of impairment of the Product.
