Delivery and payment<\/h1>\n

We ship from our warehouse in Warsaw, Poland, to all EU countries. Orders are dispatched within 2 business days at most \u2013 usually within 24 hours of payment being received.<\/strong> Further delivery time depends on the carrier.<\/p>\n

Delivery to EU countries<\/h2>\n

Free delivery from \u20ac200<\/strong> (except Malta, Cyprus and the islands of Italy, Greece and Spain), and to selected countries from just \u20ac50<\/strong>. The cost depends on the destination country and the value of products in the cart (before discount codes) and is calculated automatically at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Delivery time: to major EU countries \u2013 usually up to 5 business days after dispatch.<\/p>\n

Delivery in Poland<\/h2>\n

InPost parcel locker 24\/7 or InPost courier, usually 1\u20132 business days after dispatch. Free delivery for orders from 299 z\u0142 (value of products after discount codes; equivalent in EUR at checkout); below that the cost is shown in the cart.<\/p>\n

Unfortunately we do not ship to:<\/strong> Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Ukraine and the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Payment<\/h2>\n

Card (Visa, Mastercard), Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal, Przelewy24 and bank transfer. Payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal and Przelewy24; we never store your card details. Cash on delivery is not available.<\/p>\n

We issue a VAT invoice on request \u2013 just email office@wilmax.eu with your order number and invoice details (incl. VAT ID).<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h2>\n

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the parcel without giving a reason. Email office@wilmax.eu and send the product back within 14 days to Wilmax Europe Sp. z o.o., ul.
